Our Columbia Valley Syrah is the muse that started the whole operation that is Two Vintners. One of the original three wines, the Columbia Valley Syrah is the motor that drives our winery. A blend of amazing vineyards each with their own unique qualities that swirl together into an seamless wine that displays Washington Syrah at its finest. Aged in a mixture of neutral French oak barrels and 500 liter puncheons.
For the 2014 Columbia Valley Syrah we were able to source from four different AVA’s, resulting in what we feel is a true example of Washington Syrah. This vintage will be both our largest in production and in vineyards used, and what a line up it is! Primary sources for this wine reside in the Yakima & Walla Walla Valley and give this wine an unbeatable combination of funk, earth and fruit. All blocks of Syrah were fermented using native yeasts and approximately 30% whole cluster.
